Return Process
- 1.Check the Hygiene Seal
Ensure the gold hygiene security seal on the main compartment of your packaging is unbroken, as we cannot accept returns for hair that has been handled or worn for health and safety reasons.
- 2.Complete the Returns Form
Fill out the returns form included in your original parcel, indicating whether you would like a full refund to your original payment method or an exchange for a different shade or length.
- 3.Pack and Post
Securely package your items and send them back to our UK warehouse using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches our quality control team safely.
- 4.Processing and Refund
Once received, our experts will inspect the extensions and process your refund or dispatch your new exchange within 3-5 business days, notifying you via email every step of the way.
